The Adventures of Life (But Mostly Childhood)
I directed and devised this show for my senior theatre capstone project at Butler University in the Spring of 2018.
I worked with a cast of 10 children ranging in age from eight to 13. One child's parent joined the cast, and I also integrated a cast of four Butler Theatre students.
Together, we created a 40 minute show exploring the topic, "what is childhood?"
My main goal with this production was to engage children in a creative process that puts the power in their hands.
