The Adventures of Life (But Mostly Childhood)
In the Spring of 2018, Lexy directed and developed a show for their senior theatre capstone project at Butler University.
They collaborated with a cast of ten children, aged eight to thirteen, and even included one child's parent in the performance. These young actors worked alongside four Butler Theatre students.
Together, they produced a 40-minute show that explored the theme, "What is childhood?"
Lexy's primary goal for this production was to engage children in a creative process that empowered them.
